Assembly Technician Back End Nights (BEN)

Compressed Work Week-Back End Nights - Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday. 5:30 pm- 6:00 am

As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble and test electro-mechanical assemblies and peripherals in support of the printing industry.

Earn $18.50 to $27.60 per hour based on experience and shift

Generous incentive bonus programs

  • Retention bonus Earn up to 10% of your gross wages within your first 12 months for working on a qualifying shift.
  • Referral bonus Once you are on-board, there is an opportunity to earn even more money with our referral bonus program. You can earn up to $1000 after 3 months PLUS an additional 10% bonus within their first 12 months of working on a qualifying shift. Keep in mind, the more people you refer, the more you will earn
  • Annual Bonus You will participate in our annual incentive bonus program the target is 6% of your total compensation less any other bonuses paid, based on the achievement of company goals.

No Experience? Heres what well teach you

  • Learn aspects of the assembly process and earn certification in one or more of our advanced manufacturing processes in the clean room and/or production areas.
