Lead Assembly Technician

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Lead Assembly Technician to become part of our esteemed team.

As a Lead Assembly Technician, you will meticulously adhere to procedural guidelines and schematics to construct components and achieve the final configuration as specified in the production drawings of our innovative products.

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Salary Range: $ per hour

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components into a fully configured product by utilizing process instructions, drawings, and specialized tools, measuring devices, and hand tools.
  • Interpret and analyze assembly drawings, parts lists, operational sheets, and visual aids.
  • Set up and operate machinery, tools, and testing equipment, performing any necessary rework from test failures in accordance with established repair procedures. Incorporate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) into completed assemblies and perform and document measurements.
  • Ensure product quality at designated intervals and verify the accuracy of all tasks performed.
  • Capable of operating material handling equipment, interpreting blueprints, layouts, and process worksheets, setting up and operating assigned machinery and equipment, and effectively communicating with team members.
What You Bring:
  • Experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in soldering.
  • Familiarity with IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001F; certification is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
