About You

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter capable of working under guided supervision to accomplish time-sensitive tasks. Exceptional customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential. You should be adept at applying analytical thinking, innovative approaches, and complex problem-solving skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare components for assembly.
  • Identify necessary equipment to perform assigned operations.
  • Assemble components into mechanical assemblies according to specifications by following detailed work instructions.
  • Conduct testing of mechanical assemblies as per specifications by adhering to work instructions.
  • Package mechanical assemblies for shipment in accordance with work instructions.
  • Operate measurement equipment as required.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with established procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • AA/AS degree or 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and excellent organizational skills, with a commitment to following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Proficient in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers).
  • Exhibit maturity and safe work habits in an industrial setting.
  • Capable of independent decision-making and problem-solving, with a willingness to seek feedback and support as needed.
  • Aptitude for continuous skill advancement to adapt to evolving job requirements in a dynamic organization.
  • Commitment to implementing and adhering to organizational policies regarding health and safety.
