About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Golf Equipment Technician to join our team at Belkorp Ag, LLC. As a Golf Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-level on-site service on all makes of golf and turf equipment, assembling new equipment, and delivering it to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Assembly and Delivery: Assemble new golf and turf equipment, and deliver it to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Pre-Delivery Inspection: Perform pre-delivery inspections on all types of equipment and merchandise offered for sale by the dealership.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with the Service Manager or Service Writer to establish and implement effective processes for all turf services offered through dealership-specific service programs.
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Perform basic and complex diagnostics independently, solve basic and complex technical issues, and complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process, and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience (or equivalent) performing service repairs.
  • Skills: Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes, ability to assemble machinery components, and ability to follow manufacturer's pre-delivery instructions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
