As a HR People Analytics Analyst/Associate at Millennium, you will work with stakeholders to understand the information they want analyzed and made available to them. The HR People Analytics Analyst/Associate will respond to ad hoc requests, create standard reports and develop analytical packages. Principal Responsibilities
  • Develop reporting and analytics deliverables across all functions of HCM
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and analytical goals
  • Manage the request in take process to ensure the team is being responsive to requests
  • Quality ensure standard reports are working as expected and documented
  • Keep stakeholders posted on progress. Bring key decisions to stakeholders and inform them of any major issues.
Qualifications/Skills Required
  • 2+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, preferable experience in HR domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Tableau/Excel skill required
  • SQL expertise preferred
  • Alteryx or similar tool experience preferred
  • Positive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface well with stakeholders and development teams both in and out of region
  • Detail oriented and strong ownership of work
  • Demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data


Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
