- Analyze and interpret legal and real estate documentation.

- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the Authority.
- Engage in long-term financial planning and complex financial analyses.
- Respond to financial inquiries from various stakeholders, including city management and citizens.
- Participate in special accounting projects as needed.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of finance and administration principles, particularly in municipal accounting and budgeting.
- Familiarity with modern office practices and procedures.
- Proficient in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Knowledge of laws governing financial administration at various government levels.
- Experience in budget preparation and revenue forecasting.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting statistical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Experience in municipal or governmental finance is a plus.
