The People Analytics Manager is a key member of the HR team, responsible for both tactical and strategic aspects of people analytics. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, designing, and implementing analytics programs and projects to support HR decisions with data-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide business insights and manage project delivery from start to finish.
  • Lead data solutions to create insightful reports on HR metrics like talent management, acquisition, diversity, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to evolve HR reporting and analytics tools.
  • Design and implement database solutions for dashboards and self-service reporting.
  • Manage data settings, workspaces, datasets, and data integration.
  • Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI and Visier.
  • Build and execute ETL processes from various data sources.
  • Implement complex business logic through DAX queries.
  • Identify and resolve issues with reports and data sources, providing user support as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 8-12 years in data management, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Python.
  • Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouses, SQL, and Analysis Server.
  • HR domain knowledge and experience with HR management tools like PayFactors/PayScale, Oracle PeopleSoft, Visier, or Workday.
  • Proven advisory skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion with sensitive data.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fast-paced professional service environment.
  • Strong ability to influence partners and stakeholders at all levels.
