In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500 Responsibilities + The Guest Services Specialist position assists in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patients stay in the program and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness. + In this position you will assist with admission process of program including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. + The Guest Services Specialist will demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules and assist patients in managing these activities. + Assist with crisis intervention activities, as requested. + You will also ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times. + Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
