Title of Position: Sales Contract Coordinator

Lennar is seeking a Sales Contract Coordinator that will provide support to the Division and customers in procuring the sales and preparing the sale for the close. Minimum Requirements:

High School or GED required Strong detail orientation with excellent computer and organizational skills Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role, Homebuilding or construction industry preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Accounting background a plus Microsoft Office with accounting system experience, JD Edwards preferred Analytical ability Strong verbal and written communication skills Contacts: Regular interaction with Division Associates, outside vendors and/competitors, and New Home Consultants. Physical Requirements: Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. This position outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted. It is not a comprehensive listing of all job duties of the associates. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Responsibilities:

Review, check and prepare sales contracts for approval Ensure contracts get entered into appropriate reporting and accounting systems Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales activities are kept up to date and reported on time (e.g., sales, cancellations, traffic) Provide timely information to the purchasing, construction and sales teams Other activities as assigned related to sales contract processing If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
