This position will primarily focus on coordinating travel logistics and event planning activities for various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison for travel arrangements across departments including Sales, Executive Team, and Service personnel.
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, including contract management, promotional materials, and ensuring equipment and materials are on-site as required.
Develop and enforce company travel policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage vendor relationships related to travel and event services.
Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for travel and event-related activities.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to align travel and event activities with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Provide timely communication and support to internal stakeholders regarding travel itineraries, event schedules, and logistics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Event Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of trade show logistics and promotional materials management is a plus.
