Our client, a leading Los Angeles based Property Management and Development Company has an opportunity for an Assistant Property and Leasing Manager with 400 units and growing.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Showings of apartment units throughout Los Angeles as vacancies arise.
  • Must be OK driving, setting schedule, daily reports, and personable.
  • help manage leasing activities, including leasing policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing properties.
  • Coordinates building access to brokers, tenants and vendors
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tenants and vendors.
  • Actively participate in operations meetings.
  • Coordinate customer move-ins and move-outs.
  • Coordinate tenant appreciation events annually at all properties.
  • Prepares quarterly financial reports (such as accruals and variance reports).
  • Assists in monthly and quarterly reforecast of property budgets.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks required for the portfolio.
  • Responsible for performing on-site quarterly inspections.

Requirements And Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in property management, leasing; property manager, CPM, leasing agent.
  • Thorough knowledge of property management software.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
