Job Overview

Position Summary

BRIDGE Housing Corporation is in search of a Property Leasing Specialist to support our vibrant community. This role is essential in managing leasing activities and providing administrative assistance. The selected candidate will work closely with the Resident Manager and will be tasked with showcasing available units, managing online listings, handling inquiries, and coordinating maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries regarding available units
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
  • Facilitate the application process
  • Assist with tenant recertification documentation
  • Support various administrative functions within the office
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current residents

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in leasing or sales is preferred
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi is advantageous
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate within a team
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of California Tenant/Landlord regulations and Fair Housing laws
  • A positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Interest in real estate, property management, and community service
