NOW HIRING: HRIS ANALYST IN NORFOLK, VA

Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr

Job Overview: The Lee Group is seeking a temporary HRIS Analyst, who is responsible for managing and maintaining software used by our client, located in Norfolk, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities of a HRIS Analyst:

o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and validation.
o Manage data imports, exports, and interfaces with other systems.
o Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards
o Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
o Maintain documentation of HRIS processes and configurations.
o Work with the current HRIS analyst on system audits and clean up.
o Analyze HR data to generate insights and support decision-making.
o Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management.

Qualifications of a HRIS Analyst:

o Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role for the last 5+ years

o Experience working on Power Query & Power Pivot is a must - Excel

o Experience with HRIS software (preferably UKG ,Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
