Job Summary:
Responsible for administering and maintaining of the Human Resource information Systems (HRIS) systems, including data collection, data entry, retrieval, analytics and reporting to meet HR needs. Partner with other HRIS Team members to analyze processes, document and improve them. A strong internal customer focus and thinking outside the box for solutions and preferable any experience as a business or functional analyst and/or participation in small scale projects as a member or leader would critical.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Participate in implementations and transition projects, maintain, and support the system and ongoing reporting.
- Create and set up new entities within CEVA including job codes, location codes, contracts, pay groups
- Work closely with management and HRIS staff to develop new HRIS procedures
- Maintain Audit procedures for HRIS functions
- Serve as liaison to other HR areas to understand requests for information and reports
- Strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in maintaining HR data.
- Conduct system testing, work with end users for UAT and validating proper documentation for future reference.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, Spanish or French is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization and functions
- At least 2 years' experience as a user of SuccessFactors EC is a must. Other modules a plus.
- Experience working with helpdesk ticketing system, Jira a plus.
- Ability be an active member in large projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience with keen attention to detail specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving
- Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements following a continuous improvement approach
- Creative thinking will be critical for succeeding in this role
- Ability to manage small sized projects with minimal supervision
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or related field experience
- 7-9 years of HRIS.
- Strong analytical experience with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR systems including prior experience in SuccessFactors
- Experience with HCM life cycle
- Investigative skills / ability to analyze data, discover issues and propose solutions
- Ability to make business recommendations based on Root Cause Analysis
- Must have medium/ MS Excel level
- Data collection, data entry, analytics and reporting based upon HR needs
- Analyze processes flows, improve processes and leverage HRIS systems improvement
Preferred:
- Prior experience and comfort working in a matrixed organization
- UKG Worforce Pro (timekeeping) will be a strong plus
- Can handle ambiguity and as applicable self-direct and assist others on logical next steps
- Completion of at least three to four end to end implementations (as an EC or Data lead)
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
- Ability to support in large scale projects as a team member
- Experience in large multinational organizations strongly preferred
