Supports product go-to-market strategies by managing a global range of tactical marketing projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversees review/approval, production, and distribution of sales collateral such as brochures, flyers, PowerPoint slides, technical documentation and other customer documentation and promotional material.
  • Works with external vendors and printing companies to manage related activities.
  • Maintains marketing materials (brochures, promotional items, presentations) and fulfilling literature requests.
  • Coordinates all tradeshow and special event activities including pre-show promotional activities, hotel and personnel scheduling, exhibit registration, design and logistics, vendor payments and tracking, and other essential duties.
  • Manages Advertising and Editorial calendars for Marketing and Promotion purposes.
  • Monitors effectiveness of campaigns, including tracking and distributing leads to sales staff.
  • Assists with marketing metrics for Digital campaigns.
  • Assists with related special projects, as required.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience and/or training.
  • Sound understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Ads.
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Event Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the life sciences research and diagnostics industry.
  • Experience with graphic design tools.
  • CRM experience such as Salesforce.com.
