This is an in-office role, requiring availability to work out of our Logan or Pleasant Grove UT location.

Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process. This role involves coordinating with various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.

Responsibilities?

  • Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, including contracts, pricing sheets, and promotional materials.

  • Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and outside agents to manage sales contracts and addendums.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and executives

  • Work closely with design team to review design documents and ensure client preferences are accurate.

  • Maintain accurate and organized sales documents and reports

  • Assist with preparations for model homes, including marketing materials, ordering furniture and supplies, signage and brochures.

  • This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate sales agent schedules and needs.

Education/Experience

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related industry.

  • Basic understanding of design concepts and an interest in the home building industry preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently work independently
