- CSFP) through communication, reporting and the allocation of resources, ensures all partner compliance standards are met, and oversees the SLAFB's partner and neighbor training program. The Government Compliance and Allocations Coordinator's work supports the Foodbank's vision of a nutritionally secure Missouri and Illinois by ensuring all partners have the tools and resources they need to grow their capacity and meet the needs of the neighbors they serve. Objectives:

Ensure all Feeding America, St. Louis Area Foodbank, and other relevant sanctioning body's operating guidelines, regulations, and rules are followed and incorporated appropriately into programs and services. Create and implement a front-line customer service process that provides timely, accurate responses to the requests of partners and resolves problems relating to food flow. Collaborate across departments to optimize flow and efficiencies to achieve compounding gains in operations and programming resulting in high net promoter scores. Design and lead educational and training efforts for partners that will improve and update their operational practices, support of neighbors, and implementation of food safety and food-handling guidelines to ensure their growth and success. Responsibilities:

Monitor the ongoing implementation of established operating guidelines to ensure all compliance standards are met, followed, and incorporated appropriately into programs and services. Complete all non-financial Feeding America and Governmental Program audits. Complete all monthly reporting (excluding financial) for Government programs, allocations, and correspondence for TEFAP and CSFP programs. Inform supervisor of any concerns. Communicate and troubleshoot across departments to ensure accuracy and excellence with the partner experience. Use project management skills to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and move complex projects forward. In collaboration with other staff, develop trainings as partner needs are identified. Collaborate across departments to provide feedback and support on the development of programs and services that meet identified community needs and 'shorten the line'. Assist in executing and updating annual department work plan, including budgets, calendars, goals, and tasks. Responsible for ensuring grant deliverables are met. Assist foodbank staff, volunteers, interns and AmeriCorps members with direction and support. Represent the SLAFB at meetings and events with state and federal government agencies. Attend program-related training conferences and workshops. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required with emphasis in Non-Profit Administration, Public Health, or another related field. Master's degree is a plus. Three to five years of experience in project management, compliance, oversight and/or government reporting. Bilingual a plus. Experience in achieving impact through influence, including forging strong partnerships that build consensus, collaboration, and trust, and inspire action toward shared goals. Proven reputation for integrity and professionalism. Enthusiasm for innovation and integrating technology to improve efficiency. Experience using inventory management and warehouse management software a plus. Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to deliver presentations and to develop reports that may include technical information. Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday onsite at the SLAFB facility and in the community as needed. However, flexibility will be granted as appropriate in accordance with the SLAFB's Remote Work/Working From Home Policy. Occasional weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or evening hours may be required. Meeting attendance may require overnight travel. Physical Requirements: Walking to and from the corporate office to the warehouse, both of which are on the Foodbank campus. Walking on hard concrete surfaces (in the warehouse or in the community). Ability to lift, bend, stoop, pick up and move objects up to 40-50 pounds.
