Required Qualifications •Minimum 1+ year experience in HVAC, customer Service, warehousing/distribution or retail. •Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level preferred. •Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service. •Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service. •Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames. •Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. •A willingness to learn and grow with our Company. •Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. •Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Preferred Qualifications •Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred. •Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred. •{Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

And here is what you will need to be successful:

The Lead Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent sales and service at the counter at one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships that carries multiple brands of equipment, parts and supplies and handling elevated issues. The Lead must be conversant with and have a solid knowledge of the products sold at the Sales Center. The Lead will assist in supervising and training other Counter Sales Associates as well as assist management with daily operations. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide strong customer service in a sales oriented setting.
