We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can juggle employee relations, labor relations, change leadership, employee engagement, talent development and keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

What You`ll be Rocking:

  • Partnering with the HRBPs Supply Chain to contribute to and drive successful HR initiatives that enable the strategic goals of the business (including balancing HR priorities and measuring success of HR initiatives, as well as anticipating trends to deliver integrated and proactive solutions);
  • Partnering with KBS team to deliver HR Supply Chain agenda in Romania and ensuring all solutions are effective for both front line and professional populations;
  • Building and developing robust relationships with senior business leaders across the EB business and in the broader PepsiCo organization;
  • Partnering with Labor Relations (LR) HRBP to implement effective LR tactics and strategies to maintain a positive LR environment and ensure compliance with PepsiCo Values and Code of Conduct. Successfully navigate all cases including monitoring of remediation actions and identifying patterns/trends and creating action plans to address;
  • Developing communication channels and messages and secure line management ownership of these to ensure a two-way understanding of employee and business issues;
  • Providing career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent;
  • Playing an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work (leveraging the Centers Of Excellence work for local activation);
  • Supporting Organizational Health Survey Action Planning by tracking the completion of activities across the function and providing updates to Senior HRBPs;
  • Being responsible for partnering with the Supply Chain Front Line Managers to contribute to and drive successful HR initiatives that enable the strategic goals of the business (including balancing HR priorities and measuring success of HR initiatives, as well as anticipating trends to deliver integrated and proactive solutions);
  • Managing disciplinary and grievances across the Supply Chain organization;
  • Partnering with HRBPs to provide statistics/trend analyses to identify patterns/trends of Labor Relations/ Code Of Conduct & Speak-up cases that may suggest underlying issues;
  • Serving as trusted advisor for business leaders for talent decisions at the organizational and individual level.

Qualifications:

What Makes You Shine:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or any other related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an environment where fun is taken seriously;
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources field;
  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry is considered an advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle the job with both discretion and humor, while also navigating ambiguity;
  • Outstanding Romanian and English communication skills, fluent in both professional speak and emoji.
