Job Summary

IGT's Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern In this role, you will support and strengthen our operations, strategy, and initiatives all while gaining real-world experience at a global company. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team in supporting all pillars of our operations - data and reporting, recruitment operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Data/Reporting
    • Assist in crafting and distributing weekly Talent Acquisition reports to provide insights on recruitment metrics and trends.
    • Refresh our intern Tableau Dashboard weekly to ensure accurate and up-to-date data visualization.
    • Extract data for various business request globally and handle ad-hoc reporting through our internal ticketing system, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
    • Regularly audit priority data fields in our ATS system and external job postings to ensure accurate information and a flawless candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Operations
    • Develop process maps to guide recruiter through different stages of the TA process, listing resources and their locations to improve efficiency and teamwork.
    • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
    • Support interdepartmental invoice processing, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationship with vendors.
  • Employer Brand
    • Help our Early Careers team send out weekly updates for Internship Program Events using Outlook, MS Teams, and our internal chatbot.
    • Help apply and implement IGT's Employee Value Proposition materials, showcasing our world-class employee benefits and culture.
    • Develop a communications plan for IGT's Employee Referral Bonus program outside the US, attracting top talent through employee advocacy.
Qualifications
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited institution, pursing a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Curiosity about supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations preferred, with a passion for driving exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, ensuring the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) experience to assist the effective analysis and presentation of data.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours/week starting in September, demonstrating dedication and a strong work ethic.
  • This role observes a hybrid schedule. In office presence in our Rhode Island offices on a regular weekly basis is required to allow for collaboration and engagement with the team.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The compensation rate is $21.00/hour.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
