reports to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue Cycle and

is responsible for

overseeing and guiding the revenue cycle operations of the hospital.

Select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure operations

Ensure that budgets and schedules meet company requirements, taking significant organizational responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, expense management, and implementing changes to current methods.

Maintain current knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring operations

comply with

necessary requirements.

Develop and refine procedures within the assigned functional areas, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.

Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and process enhancements.

Provide

appropriate training

to the team to ensure

maximum

efficacy and efficiency in operations.

Collaborate with employees to

establish

clear and concise development plans, ensuring succession planning and the advancement of future leaders within the organization.

Offer leadership, guidance, and coaching to all direct reports to

maintain

an engaged and productive workforce, partnering with Human Resources on employee matters.

Provide

technical guidance and

assist

with various projects as assigned.

Ensure the physical demands and work environment characteristics are conducive to performing essential job functions, providing reasonable

accommodations

as

necessary.

May directly supervise various levels of accounts receivable, billing, collections, and/or reimbursement staff.

Skill Se

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

, Healthcare Administration, or related field

required

. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience with AI and advanced technology implementation in RCM processes.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Excellent strategic planning and operational management abilities.

In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
