Client Manager

Role Overview:As a Client Manager at Schneider Electric, you will:Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the main contact for a specific client portfolio.Organize client meetings, leveraging internal resources, preparing necessary materials, and delivering presentations to various client levels.Develop and execute a client strategy, ensuring delivery of customer commitments and adherence to key performance metrics.Lead negotiations and manage client contract renewals to both secure revenue growth and assist clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.Work with sales to showcase Schneider Electric's offerings and identify potential solutions for clients.Become an expert on your clients' business operations, sustainability goals, key personnel, and industry challenges.Master and instruct clients on the use of Schneider Electric's Resource Advisor software.Be willing to travel up to 15% of the time.
