We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team located in Louisville, Colorado. The Client Relations Associate will be an integral part of our team, providing crucial support in client relations, financial paperwork processing, and data entry tasks. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity that will allow the selected individual to grow within the team and develop their skills in the financial industry.




Responsibilities:


• Manage client relations through email and phone communication


• Gather and analyze client information using Microsoft Excel


• Coordinate meetings and track scheduling


• Prepare and submit client paperwork for account changes


• Assist with quarterly billing and tax preparation services


• Create and manage client invoices


• Regularly perform data entry tasks


• Utilize QuickBooks Pro for creating invoices and other financial documents


• Utilize CRM and Calendar Management tools for scheduling and client relations


• Assist in other accounting functions as required.

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting

• Experience with CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

• Ability to handle Vendor Invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping

• Strong Client Relations skills to maintain positive relationships and handle any client issues or concerns

• Excellent Scheduling abilities to manage multiple calendars and coordinate meetings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and documents

• Experience with Calendar Management to ensure efficient scheduling and time management

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks quickly and accurately to maintain up-to-date records

• Strong Client Communications skills to effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person

• Experience in Meeting Coordination to organize and execute successful meetings
