BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (BDC) REPRESENTATIVE 1Department: BDC & Service Reports to: BDC ManagerJob Summary The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative assists service customers with inquiries regarding their appointments, service requests and issues with service provided. Core Responsibilities Manage high volume of incoming Ensure all incoming calls are answered efficiently and professionally Place outbound calls (customer follow-up, service reminders, setting appointments, etc.)Follow-up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leadsProvide exceptional customer experience; contribute to high CSI scoresEnter and/or update customer information into the CRM system Be a liaison between customers and the service department Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience preferredStrong phone, computer and email skills Excellent verbal and written communication Team-oriented with desire to achieve both individual and collective goals Excellent time management and organizational skillsWorks well under pressure Physical DemandsMust be able to remain in stationary position 80%Universal Responsibilities Adhere to the Rochester Motor Cars mission, vision and values in all situations.
