We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting each assigned project related to building new dispensary websites while ensuring smooth and successful site launches. This position requires a strong understanding of Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) business practices, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Support the Onboarding Manager and end-to-end onboarding process for all dispensary websites, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, client success managers, and sales, to gather requirements and ensure successful onboarding of new clients. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the functionality, usability, and compatibility of all launched websites. Create client presentations, capture meeting notes, send comprehensive recaps, and proactively follow up with clients to ensure seamless communication and execution of action items. Setup and implement Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console for all launched websites, providing valuable insights and tracking performance metrics. Perform routine onboarding tasks, such as configuring domain settings, setting up email accounts, and integrating third-party services. Utilize project management tools, such as ClickUp and Confluence, to track project progress, document processes, and ensure effective communication across teams. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues that arise. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the onboarding process and overall customer experience. What you’ll bring to the Team: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company or web development agency. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO practices. Proficiency in tools such as ClickUp, Confluence and HubSpot. Excellent problem-solving skills, project management skills, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude. Experience in the cannabis industry or working with dispensary websites is a plus. Position Location: Remote This is a remote position based in the United States.
