This role will coordinate the implementation and day-to-day execution of talent training & development programs, processes, and employee development tools. Examples of Talent Management programs of focus include: Intern Program, various employee training, and Performance Management Program. This role requires you to think strategically, exercise strong communication and organizational skills and display a passion for creating innovative talent programs.

What You Will Do:

As the talent development specialist, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for administration of the performance management process, including facilitating training on goal planning and performance reviews and deploying the annual performance feedback process.
  • Lead Intern Program from onboarding through program management.
  • Assist with development and management of other (current and future) talent management programs such as onboarding, mentoring, experience interviews, rewards and recognition programs, etc.
  • Learning Management system administration - assigning training, creating learning sessions and events, running reports, and managing attendance records.
  • Manage logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions, including creating, updating, and managing inventory of materials, communicating with participants, sending pre-work, setting up the room, assisting with catering, and other tasks to make sure training sessions run smoothly.
  • Host virtual training sessions through Microsoft Teams, serving as technical resource and troubleshooting for participants, set up and execute breakout rooms, polls, and other tasks to assist facilitator.
  • Assist Talent Management Manager with designing and facilitating teambuilding sessions, including facilitating DiSC training.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Required experience, knowledge, and skills for this role include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven successful work experience in human resources or training development
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Experience generating and analyzing data, making presentations, and managing processes.
  • Experience working in Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of working with a learning management system
  • OR Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills including attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong people skills and effective relationship-building capacity with internal team members at various levels in the organization.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively as part of a team-either as a leader or member-as well as working independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically.
