**Customer Experience Coordinator**

This position will be responsible for day-to-day communications with all customers, providing an elevated customer experience, acting as a brand representative, and striving to meet and exceed all personal and team goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

* Answer customer outreach regarding product, order process, shipping, delivery, etc.

* Assist with handling opening of UPS claims and chargeback responses

* Represent the brand appropriately using ALD brand voice in all correspondence

* Effective utilization of Zendesk, fulfillment system and all other systems, as necessary

* Drive customer satisfaction by exemplifying in-depth knowledge of product and maintaining a solution-orientated mindset

* Maintain an open/ongoing communication and positive, professional relationships with management, peers, and all cross-functional team members

* Support company initiatives in relation to product launches and client service

* Resolve any issues from start to finish in a timely manner

* Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, product, and the brand DNA.

* Strive to meet and exceed personal, and team goals and individual KPIs

* Collaborate in compiling information critical to continuously improving upon the customer experience

**Qualifications**

* 2-3 years customer service or retail experience in a fast growth environment, specialty customer experience preferred

* Prior ALD brand awareness and knowledge, preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Suite and computer literacy

* Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing platforms, Shopify.

* Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system a plus.

* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal

* Must be organized, accountable, and illustrate keen attention to detail

* Motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

* Proven ability to execute exceptional customer service standards across support channels
