The CGS Global Marketing Team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our global marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to build our brand, promote and most importantly drive new customer acquisition for our variety of technology products, services and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a proven marketer who can operate in an entrepreneurial / fast paced environment, with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for B2B technology companies. This role requires more than a marketing tactician, it requires a mind for business and the experience to develop and execute on integrated marketing campaigns, with extensive collaboration with senior marketing leaders, product management, sales and a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness and adoption of our product, services and solutions across various business units.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, operations and leadership teams to develop compelling campaigns and value propositions.
Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, collateral, presentations, and sales tools.
Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
7-10+ years of experience in B2B services marketing, preferably in technology
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
