Role Overview:

As a Demand Operations Manager at Connatix, you will be responsible for mastering the Connatix platform and other tools to optimize demand partnerships. You'll play a pivotal role in partner setup, maintenance, and optimization, ensuring seamless operations and

maximizing revenue opportunities. Additionally, you'll provide in-depth reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, contribute to product advancement, and collaborate closely with Platform Partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Master the Connatix platform and other tools to optimize demand partnerships.
Set up, maintain, and optimize demand partners, including launching new and cultivating existing ones.
Take ownership of partner relationships to grow them and maximize monetization operationally.
Provide detailed reporting and monitoring of Connatix's network, sharing insights with internal stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Bring insights from reporting to Platform Partnerships to drive business growth.
Contribute to the advancement of the Connatix product by suggesting improvements and staying updated on industry trends.

Key Tasks:

Onboard & maintain new demand partners.
Cleanup and maintenance of legacy/larger accounts.
Manage domain approval processes with partners.
Perform daily discrepancy checks & update internal pricing rules
Monitor the Connatix network and share insights about changes in performance.
Track overall programmatic performance and trends for Connatix's executive team.
Conduct advertiser-specific investigations for the Demand Sales team.
Identify growth opportunities for individual publishers
Provide compliance reporting.
Conduct investigations into publisher behavior.

Preferred Profile:

2-3 years of experience in Adtech operations or a related field.
A strong orientation and deep understanding of UX for various platforms.
Expert Excel and strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.
