Responsibilities
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Research and respond to receivable and payable inquiries
  • Communicate with vendors/customers to resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile AP/AR and other schedules as assigned
  • Timely follow-up and resolution of aged accounts receivables
  • Reconcile and prepare daily cash/credit card deposits
  • Performs end-of-month procedures as required
  • Generate monthly vendor statements
  • Complete floorplan reconciliatons
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received
  • Process warranty cancellations
  • Maintain records and collection of W9s and Sales Tax Exempt forms
  • Process 1099 forms for end of year
  • File and scan documents into our DMS
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Assist Managers with various clerical duties and other projects as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Can-do attitude with ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable procedures a plus
  • Previous Dealership experience desirable
