Accounts Receivable Coordinator with K2 Industrial

Job Summary
: K2 Industrial Services is an Industrial Maintenance Contractor. This Position REPORTS to the Accounts Receivable Manager and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, commitment to our community, accountability and ownership. Primary responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator include but are not limited to invoicing clients, following-up on outstanding balances, collection/ receivable calls, recording/ posting customer payments, and investigating discrepancies. Other responsibilities may be assigned in accordance with general office/ accounting operations, including but not limited to answering phones, bookkeeping, filing, entering labor hours for payroll, processing statements, and handling customer questions or complaints.Duties and Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities Work with Project Managers to generate and process daily customer invoices and statements Review aging reports and make appropriate collection calls on any outstanding balances Reconcile customer purchase orders, disputes, short payments and charge backs Respond in a timely manner in resolving customer chargebacks Prepare and create reports and spreadsheets via Excel Prepare weekly/ monthly reports for management on overdue customers Assist with the daily workload of the department Other various tasks as assigned Perform additional duties and special accounting projects as assignedKey Requirements, Education, and Experience:
Required High school or equivalent, Preferred bachelor's degree in Accounting and experience. 1-2 years of accounting experience required, Superior oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of management and customers. Excellent analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-Point as well as the ability to learn other customized software applications Demonstrated ability to respect and adhere to strict deadlines Able to work well independently, self-directed, internally motivated Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrityTravel: No
