Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years experience in a relevant field to be assessed by the AVP – Human Resources or Associate degree with a minimum of four years experience in a relevant field to be evaluated by the AVP – Human Resources or A minimum of six years experience in a relevant field to be assessed by the AVP – Human Resources. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, H.R. or Organizational Design/Development preferred, or another discipline preferred, or an associate degree with six or more years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.
