Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at in Uniondale, NY. We are seeking a meticulous and highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, investigations, new hire orientation, benefits and leave management, compliance, audits, and project management. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Investigations: Assist in conducting internal investigations as needed.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes to support employee development and organizational goals.
  • New Hire Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions to welcome and integrate new employees.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits programs and manage leave of absence.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and improve HR processes.
  • Project Management: Work on various HR projects to support the department and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Human Resources (HR) Generalist or similar HR role for 5-7 years.
  • Experience in Benefits Administration Preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
