Other duties as assigned. Management of Document Control System in accordance with QMS requirements through generation, revision and release of formal procedures and work instructions. Ensure documented procedures are complete and compliant to AS9100 standard. Support and conduct companywide QMS training for new and existing employees. Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance Ensure Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Registrars are up to date and accurate. Monitor for equipment calibration due dates, obtain quotes and schedule outsourced calibration appointments, conduct internal verifications on equipment as necessary, review calibration and verification documentation for completeness. Complete quality-related customer surveys in conjunction with company Compliance Coordinate and conduct Internal Audits within an AS9100 certified quality Support and participate in 2 nd

and 3 rd

party audits of Quality Management System. Assist quality / production in process investigations as they relate to quality Provide support toward the development / revision of inspection process method Gather data, run reports and post monthly key process indicators (KPI). Effectively navigate company ERP system including Inventory Module, Order Entry Module, Purchasing Module, Production Order Module. Maintain quality records, e., inspection records, first article inspection, nonconforming. material records, etc. using company computer, database and filing systems. Participate in company sponsored training and process improvement activities. Comply with all ICC Policies as defined in the ICC Employee Handbook.
