Who we are

CTS Health Services is a community mental health services center that specializes in a holistic approach to health and wellness for children, parents, and adults of varying circumstances and mental challenges. We provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for our clients and their support circles to help our clients navigate through life within their community at their highest level.

The Intake Coordinator / Auditor will manage the intake process for new clients seeking mental health services, gather client information, and assist in determining appropriate services based on individual needs. The Intake Coordinator / Auditor will also be reviewing and analyzing documents, records, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, and coordinating with internal staff, external agencies, and clients to ensure a smooth transition into our mental health programs.

**Some travel within the community required if potential consumers cannot meet in office.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Intake Coordinator / Auditor (not limited to):
  • Collect and verify client's information
  • Conduct audits and reviews of documents, records, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation related to intake assessments and service coordination.
  • Schedule intake appointments.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding documentation standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies or urgent situations.
  • Answer phone calls and address potential client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
The ideal Intake Coordinator / Auditor candidate has:
  • Some experience in a medical office setting
  • Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality standards.
  • Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to client care.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
