Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

OVERTIME OFFERED-- 1 hour per day. 8am to 5pm shift but will be asked to come in early or work an hour late from time to time based on

business needs. Saturdays are from 8am to noon; and will get paid overtime pay (time and a half). Will not be every Saturday.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

+ 6+ months of recent office experience OR retail setting

+ HS Diploma / GED required, associate's preferred

+ Computer skills: ability to type and MS Office Suite

+ Attention to detail

+ Strong communication skills

Job Duties:

-Process titles for assigned states

-Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolution promptly

-Answer calls from insurance partners (Allstate, progressive, etc.)

-Respond to voicemails

-Review legal documents so must be able to maintain confidentiality

-Completes application to transfer title ownership

-Enters information from titles received from the state into internal system

-Stays current with title/salvage laws in multiple states

-Review titles for signatures

-Obtain signatures from sellers and buyers

-Perform lots of data entry and heavy emailing

-Transfer titles for cars from sellers to buyers
