We are looking for a full time 8-5 service coordinator / dispatcher to work in our call center. Must be good at phone skills, follow through, multi-tasking all at the same time. Must have prior dispatching experience. This job requires good computer skills, attention to detail and organization.
Essential responsibilities:
Taking service calls.
Qualifying new clients and setting up new accounts.
Managing client database for quality and correctness.
Monitors after hours calls and follows up with techs and clients.
Schedules and tracks all service calls.
Tracks status and locations of field technicians.
Acts as liaison between field techs and clients.
Follows up on transferred calls.
Is aware of call team activities.
Assigns appropriately skilled techs to individual jobs.
Dispatches additional labor when necessary.
Tracks travel and labor time of field techs on each job.
Tracks parts on order for transferred jobs.
Schedules preventative maintenance jobs.
Service tech support.
Communicates service status and issues with clients.
Manages service tech overtime levels.
Troubleshoots problem situations.
Facilitates scheduling of bid jobs.
