Day to Day Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and meet the company’s staffing goals
Source candidates, interview coordination, hiring, and on-boarding
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
General HR Administration – FMLA, OSHA, payroll, benefits, and 401K administration
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Employee communication
Manage and execute employee exit interviews and offboarding procedures
Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations in accordance with practice policy
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Create and promote company culture through employee focused programs and events
This is a full-time non-exempt position.
Salary: $95-$140K DOE
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, PTO, and paid company sabbatical
