Regional Sales Manager

Overview:
RP Filters is seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Filter Regional Sales Manager to join our team This role is responsible for growing and maintaining our market presence within the designated region through sales in three key channels: OEM, HVAC Distribution, and Filtration Distribution. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across OEM, HVAC Distribution, and Filtration Distribution channels.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region to expand market share.
- Conducting regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote RP Filters products and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to address any technical issues that arise.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Providing timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Representing RP Filters at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on HVAC or filtration products.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the HVAC or filtration industry.
- Strong high-level communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent active listening skills to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and intuitive nature to anticipate and resolve issues pro-actively.
- Relational empathy to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Effective negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
- Strong time management skills, with experience managing a territory and juggling multiple priorities in an outside sales role.
- Persuasive abilities to communicate the value proposition of RP Filters products and services convincingly.
