The salary for this position is $90k - $120k.
The
Accounting Manager
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the quarterly reporting calendar with the finance and external Audit team.
Active interface for external Auditors, including working through technical issues with the assistance of the Controller.
Maintain effective internal controls in accordance with SOX regulations.
Prepare required cash flow projections and analysis.
Assist in financial and administrative processes to ensure compliance with respect to policies, procedures, SOX controls and relevant regulations.
Prepare and review monthly journal entries required for financial statements.
Prepare SEC Reporting and other filings as required.
The
Accounting Manager
will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
CPA strongly preferred.
Manufacturing industry experience required.
SEC Reporting experience strongly preferred.
Technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including revenue recognition.
Knowledge of internal control structures, SEC Regulations, and requirement of filings.
