**HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT:**

This role typical reports into a Merchant/Senior Merchant or Director of Merchandising and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.

+ 30% Style Set up/System Management: Manage FlexPLM style set up, colorway images and attributes, receiving/inputting UPCs & packaging process.

+ 30% Vendor and CF Communication: Partner with manager on building development calendars each season. Communicate product feedback and changes. Create line sheets to share with CF teams. Work with vendor on product and sample approvals.

+ 25%: SBU Strategy: Utilize reports and systems to create hindsight decks and specialized business reports. Share selling with vendors weekly. Use competitive knowledge and financial acumen to support new strategy development and improve existing ones. Partner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure. Develop strong understanding of the marketplace, recognizing trends and how they relate to our brand. Maintain awareness of the competition, understanding flow cadence, product assortment, and make/value equation.

+ 10% Sample Management: Assist in sample ordering/distribution, manage sample approvals, closet organization, and requesting/passing CGI images to photo studio.

+ 5%: Costing, Pricing, Margin Management: Suggest MSRP based on pricing strategy, analyze margins & deliver revenue goals based on financial plans.

Must have:

+ 1-2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail sales, or buying

+ Strong knowledge of retail metrics to effectively analyze results across channels and markets

+ Bachelors Degree required

Preferred skills and experience:

+ Proficient with Microsoft office Suite

+ Strong product knowledge and presentation skills

+ Detail-oriented and organized

+ Ability to manage and prioritize workload
