Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an award winning, publicly listed (HKSE), full-service CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across North America and China and growing over 30% YOY. Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.
Our Chicago, IL site provides toxicology testing and research laboratory services and specialized pre-clinical studies in support of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.
Position/Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence through the developing, implementing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Working collaboratively with all business unit leaders to plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns levering all social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to our clients.
Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of global website. Improve the design, traffic, and content of the website
Develop strategies that drive customers to the website. Increase engagement and lead generation while improving user experience.
Optimize Chatbot platform
Develop email blast campaigns to target key customers. Work with sales operations on execution and campaign tracking.
Develop strategy to increase share of voice for social media platforms. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Work with IT on optimization of intranet
Drive development and placement of all digital ads and activities. Support publication of all marketing material and track downloads
E
ducation, Experience & Skills Required
:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is required
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Life Science, CRO or CMO industry is preferred but not required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing is required
Website content management system (CMS) experience with WordPress is required
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns is required
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is required
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns is required
E-mail marketing and drip campaign experience is required
Salesforce or CRM experience is desirable
Marketing automation platform experience (i.e., Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, etc.) a plus
Experience with Sharepoint a plus
Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable
Strong writing communications and copywriting experience
Strong project management skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Creative and process driven thinker
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
