Marketing Procurement Specialist - Contract

Proclinical is in search of a meticulous and committed Marketing Procurement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

This position entails the formulation and implementation of contracts, overseeing supplier partnerships, and negotiating terms to secure optimal agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities while ensuring superior communication with both suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in procurement, encompassing knowledge of local and international markets, procurement policies, supplier management, and risk assessment.
  • Experience in Marketing procurement (including creative and digital agencies, media, and brand marketing) is advantageous.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred but not essential.

The Marketing Procurement Specialist's duties will include:

  • Formulating and executing the contract process within established parameters.
  • Understanding and managing supplier contracts and relationships.
  • Creating Statements of Work and collaborating with suppliers for contract review and approval.
  • Negotiating contracts to secure the most favorable terms.
  • Ensuring all suppliers operate under active contracts, in partnership with Category Managers and Legal teams.
  • Prioritizing tasks based on cost, timeline, or complexity, aligning these priorities with internal Global Procurement stakeholders.
  • Upholding a high standard of professionalism and excellent communication with vendors and internal teams.
