Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and roles in Microsoft 365.
  • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Implement and manage security policies, compliance settings, and DLP.
  • Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user identity and access management.
  • Manage Azure resources (VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks).
  • Enroll, configure, and manage devices (Windows, iOS, Android) using Intune.
  • Deploy and monitor applications on managed devices.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Monitor security threats and implement responses.
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management.
  • Monitor system performance and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with IT team to design and implement cloud solutions.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud administration with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, resource management, security).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud infrastructure.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (preferred).
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (preferred).
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
