OVERVIEW OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • Analyze and communicate customer behaviors causing AR issues, such as deductions and past due payments.
  • Partner with customers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve non-compliant behaviors/issues.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with customers, either in-person or via teleconference.
  • Manage customer payment performance within terms, policies, and guidelines, ensuring prompt collection of past due receivables and invalid deductions.
  • Identify and clear customer deductions accurately and promptly, and reduce incoming deductions by driving process improvements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR SPECIALIST:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of AR experience would be a plus
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently with minimal direction in an unstructured environment
