Youth Care Specialist / Residential Specialist Live-In

Primary Position Responsibilities:
  • Positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Safety and health of clients under immediate supervision
  • Assisting in keeping home safe, clean, and comfortable
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Faith sharing and daily devotions with clients


Qualifications

Compensation Package for Full-Time Employees Includes:

•Benefits Package valued at over $15,000 per year

•Comprehensive Medical for only $25 per month

•Dental Insurance is FREE

•Long Term Disability is FREE

•Life Insurance (3x Annual Salary) is FREE

•Employer Paid Retirement: An amount equal to 10% of your Annual Salary is deposited into a retirement account for you every year of employment, with NO employee match required (eligibility begins after six months of employment)
