Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour for English speakers, Bilingual Spanish or French pay is $17.75
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • During our busy season you will be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime when requested.
  • During our off season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on client need.
  • NO WEEKEND SHIFTS Monday through Friday only
  • Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 6 AM – 8 PM PST. Looking for flexibility
  • This is a remote position but must be located within 2 hours from San Diego, CA to be considered. MUST BE LOCAL. You will go onsite for day 1 to pick up equipment and also be required to come in for meetings or major projects.
