Role Overview:

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between the healthcare provider and its members, as well as various stakeholders. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and a comprehensive understanding of health plan benefits and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to members, providers, and internal departments.
  • Utilize knowledge and discretion to guide callers to appropriate resources.
  • Provide detailed information regarding health plan benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage in problem resolution by researching and addressing member concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Prior call center experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations.
  • Basic computer proficiency and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of health maintenance organizations and customer satisfaction metrics.

Education:

High School Diploma is required.
