Responsibilities Training and Development: Manage the operations of the continued development program for Sales Pros. Administrating the job-specific training program to ensure required training is completed by all Sales Pros. Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and maintain a mentor program that fosters workforce and leadership development throughout the sales force. Partner with the Program Manager to create and curate resources for sales enablement. Ensuring resources are current, relevant, and aligned with sales processes and methodologies. Utilize data to ensure training and development programs are efficient and effective. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvements and implement solutions. Incentives & Program Management: Create and monitor incentive programs to drive performance across the sales force. Collaborate with the Program Manager to execute end-to-end sales and leader enablement initiatives and programs.Including but not limited to: Partner with communications specialists to ensure employees understand incentive programs. Partner with the analytics team to ensure data-driving incentive programs are accurate and drive the right behaviors. Drive Performance: Understand business goals and challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales team. Provide regular feedback and data to leaders on program performance Strong understanding of inside sales processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, or 4 years of proven experience in a related field. Strong understanding of inside sales processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
