As Regional Sales Manager, lead our sales team in Massachusetts representing the Hendler Family Brewing Company portfolio alongside our wholesale partners. Train, develop and manage a team of field sales representatives, brand ambassadors and key support people in support of brand growth objectives. Manage assigned wholesaler sales and programming execution to expectations established in annual budget planning (ABP) meetings. Participate fully in the sales forecasting process for the assigned territory. Actively represent the sales team in the Hendler Family Brewing innovation cycle. Maintain and grow wholesaler share of mind. Build and strengthen relationships with key wholesale partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead the team to success in established quarterly variable compensation objectives Cultivate and strengthen the critical relationship between Hendler Family Brewing Company and our wholesale partners Work with wholesale partners to ensure inventory and product mix support our growth targets Grow volume and distribution targets through management and execution of Hendler Family Brewing sales initiatives Uncover sales opportunities throughout the territory Communicate and enforce merchandising standards to wholesalers and retailers Utilize sales tools (IRI, Nielsen, VIP) to analyze, develop and implement strategic sales plans Maintain a network on & off premise accounts to drive volume and visibility Collaborate with Jack’s Abby Sales Management to create sales execution plan for territory, communicated yearly in ABPs Book and execute on and off-premise events and tastings Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors responsible for tasting & festival support Work with sales management and administration teams to maintain brand registration and compliance in territory JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: A passion for the craft beer industry and the appreciation of the culture that goes with it. Experience in the Craft Beer industry strongly preferred Sales, Customer Service, or Related Industry Experience Preferred. Organizational skills. Time management. Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends. Communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite. Understanding of craft beer and the markets that we are selling in. Clean driving record Ability to drive 500+ miles weekly. Physical Requirements/Work Environment: This position works remotely with limited in-person office hours Position Benefits Competitive base salary range:
